I bought most of my ADHD books because I heard the author interviewed on a podcast. Many of the podcasts I follow aren’t focused on ADHD. I might be the only one since Podchaser says there are 2,000 ADHD shows and 72,000 episodes. The list below includes ADHD of shows and episodes recommended by friends, family and colleagues I trust.
